How to make Mango kulfi





INGREDIENTS

šŸ‘‰Mango puree - 1 cup ( fresh or canned- note if you use can mango pulp then reduce sugar by half)

šŸ‘‰Whipping cream- 1 cup

šŸ‘‰Powdered sugar- Ā½ cup

šŸ‘‰Water- Ā¼ cup

šŸ‘‰Agar Agar strands- 4 tsp or 1.5 tsp agar agar powder

METHOD

1ļøāƒ£If using agar agar strands, chop fine, then place them in water for 10 minutes.

2ļøāƒ£Cut 2 mangoes and blend so you have 1 cup mango pulp. Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar till peaks form

3ļøāƒ£After 10 minutes of soaking heat the agar agar in its water till transparent and add it to the mango pulp.

4ļøāƒ£Next, fold in the whipped cream and now whisk with a wire whisk gently but firmly till well mixed.

5ļøāƒ£Pour in silicone molds and set for 4-5 hours. Unmold and enjoy.
