INGREDIENTS
šMango puree - 1 cup ( fresh or canned- note if you use can mango pulp then reduce sugar by half)
šWhipping cream- 1 cup
šPowdered sugar- Ā½ cup
šWater- Ā¼ cup
šAgar Agar strands- 4 tsp or 1.5 tsp agar agar powder
METHOD
1ļøā£If using agar agar strands, chop fine, then place them in water for 10 minutes.
2ļøā£Cut 2 mangoes and blend so you have 1 cup mango pulp. Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar till peaks form
3ļøā£After 10 minutes of soaking heat the agar agar in its water till transparent and add it to the mango pulp.
4ļøā£Next, fold in the whipped cream and now whisk with a wire whisk gently but firmly till well mixed.
5ļøā£Pour in silicone molds and set for 4-5 hours. Unmold and enjoy.
