When the logistics service is calculating the routes and tells us that they can't do home delivery for any order, we will reach out to you in advance and see if you are ok with a collection point option.

When the home deliveries are being made, if your delivery address is incorrect and you are unreachable, the logistics service might drop your mango boxes off at any of the collection points. We can't deliver it to your home at a later time after the logistics operations are complete.
